A System for Creating Simple Character Behaviours
Abstract: We introduce a real-time character animation system which is
currently used in an augmented reality environment for the fast
creation of simple character behaviour. By placing and manipulating
commands on a timeline, the overall choreography
of the characters’ movement is created. The movement of the
character is controlled by subtasks which model reactive behaviour
and control the dynamic motions model for the production
of the animation.
